Mapping local IP'S with WAN IP

Recently my organisation got it's WAN IP from our ISP, and we have purchased a Checkpoint security gateway along with a security management server. 

How can I map my internal IP addresses with the WAN IP so that my users can access the internet ?

Configure a NAT rule or enable NAT in the various objects that make up your internal network.
Specifically, hide behind the gateway.
