If this is in regards to a Check Point appliance, you will need to engage with the TAC as I presume this will require entering the BIOS, which requires a password we do not give out.

A screenshot of exactly what you're seeing in console might be helpful.
Also, what exact appliance are we talking about here?
If this issue is preventing boot, a factory reset won't necessarily solve it.
