Hi Mates a costumer told us if their Check Point gateway can allow traffic from an a Public IP address to a Load Balancing solution that will make the action of connect to an application?
Is there any way that the gateway can change the IP address of the source and this new IP make a conflict with the Load Balancing solution?
Regards
Check your configuration / logs to determine if NAT was applied?
Note sk83420 provides a solution to a common problem with f5 load-balancers in case it's relevant here.
I agree with Chris. That sk is definitely your best bet. I would also check the NAT as well.
