Hello,
How do I completely remove the Lite-version of the Identity Agent?
I want to replace it with the Full-agent, but keeps getting the following message when trying to install it (after first uninstalling lite-version):
"Light-agent (per-user) installation found. Please remove all per-user installations on order to install Identity Agent for all users"
I have come across this before, and at the time found a registry key that needs to be removed. However I didn't document that key, and simply cannot find it again. Been Googling a'lot recently.
Can anyone point me to a relevant article, or perhaps tell the registry key right here?
Thanks
Fredrik
It is in sk137675: light agent (per-user) installation found when installing full Identity Awareness client
I had that issue once before and I simply googled and found one of those force uninstall downloads and that took care of it. Not saying thats CP supported method, but it worked fine : - )
