Dear Community,
I am Having Polycom RMX 2000 and DMA 7000 behind Checkpoint R80.40 but having issues while in a video call video is Blurred out and Calls are getting Disconnected Intermittently.
Endpoints Polycom realpresence group 500 series are also getting disconnected during H.323 Call & calling through Cisco Webex. via IP.
Please state Steps to follow to disable Deep Packet Inspection , H.323 ALG Disabling , Application Inspection for VoIP.
What precise rules are you using to enable the communication in the first place?
Because if you're not using SIP or H.323 services, then I don't believe there will be any deep inspection.
