Firewall log not showing any Block - No Clean Up Rule Message

Firewall log not showing any Block - No Clean Up Rule Message Shown from SmartConsole Image attached.
 
Also I do not see any blocks from the Smart Console Log.

This is expected behavior if you do not have a proper cleanup rule created as the last rule in a policy layer.
The error message is actually telling you this.
The cleanup rule must have ANY source, ANY destination, and ANY service with an action of either Drop or Accept with logging set as desired.
