DHCP Server on VSX

Jump to solution

Hi,

I am aware of the limitations, but wondering if anyone has done any creative methods on keeping the DHCP server within the Check Point environment whilst running VSX?

I have a customer using VSX - and they are migrating a service across from another vendor than runs DHCP on the their firewall interface.

Can it be enabled on the management server and relay to that? Any tips and tricks on getting it running on VS0 and somehow enabling it? or is it just a no go?

Running R81.10

Thanks

Supported when R81.20 (GA) is released in the coming months.

(More participation in the EA program will make this sooner rather than later).

Hi Jack,

I believe R81.20 will include support for DHCP server per VS, you may wish to test this in the EA to see if it suits your requirement.
