Check Point logs missing HTTPS traffics

Hi All,

I am having issues with my log server. I have a checkpoint firewall and dedicated log server. However, the log servers are not showing logs of any HTTPS traffic since last week. To my knowledge, no new changes have been made and it was working fine.

I would really appreciate any help or troubleshooting mechanism you can provide in order to resolve this issue.

Dear All Thanks for your support after opening a TAC and they suggest me to implement sk170331, the issue is now resolved.

Could you please share a screenshot of the policy/rules that is matching the traffic to start?

Also for context which version/JHF is used on the Mgmt & Gateway?

Is QUIC traffic blocked in this environment?
