Check Point 4400 T-140 Unlicensed what features can I use?

We want to buy the firewall: CPAP-SG4400-NGFW but it is not actively licensed, so I would like to know what features I can use without a license:
My need is: Inbound and outbound firewall rules, NAT, VPN IP / sec, and IPS can I use these features? what's their limitation?
Does this firewall support 600 users?

A valid license is needed for NGFW services including IPS updates.

Please refer to the EULA regarding limitations (license entitlements typically cannot be transfered).
