Cannot ping standby member physical IP from remote host

As the title, cannot ping standby member physical IP from a remote host. After packet capture, I found that it does not forward packets out of interfaces. But I can not find any drop packets from Logs and fw ctl zdebug +drop. Who can explain this issue? THX!

Hi Danny,

I am having similar issue, can't access secondary member of CloudGurad on R81.

Does this command fw ctl set int fwha_forw_packet_to_not_active 1 work on CloudGurad

Will this need down time ?

Thanks
