AV Blade allowing malicious file download when testing with eicar.com on R81.10.

We are testing AV Blade on checkpoint R81.10, We are testing using test file eicar.com . the gateways have AV blade enabled and when we start testing by downloading the file eicar.com, the file is allowed to be downloaded and it should be blocked by AV blade.

please advice.

Are you using default AV policy or how is it configured?
