AI category not showing in Smart Console
Hey everyone,
Maybe someone can confirm this for me, but though I had AI category in the rule in my R81.20 lab (latest jumbo), had to do restore on that mgmt server and now I cant locate it any longer no matter what I try. I even re-enabled content awareness blade on the cluster, no joy. Funny thing is I even tested in R82 lab, does not come up there either.
Did something change?
Happy Friday 🙂
Tx as always for the help!

Still shows here:

System is able to get the updates? The hitcounter is 0 in both rules, so maybe this setup is not used often?
You say you have disabled/enabled CA blade, should it not be URL filtering blade?
Running latest SmartConsole?

K, I got it...I knew it had to be something silly. I made sure application control was updated to latest version, installed policy+database, restarted smart console...bam, all good now!
Thanks for the help @Lesley

I know, I feel like Im in lala land here haha
It literally worked this morning, its latest jumbo on R81.20, latest smart console, it happened after I had to restore backup on mgmt server, now I dont see that category, yet ssl inspection works fine, pages are blocked, no issues.

To be 100% fair, I feel like though system could get updates, it worked AFTER I updated appc update manually.
Thanks for bringing that up.
