AD synchronization with CheckPoint stopped working

Please tell me, synchronization of AD with CheckPoint has stopped working, while Identity Collector is configured, all checks pass, in which direction can I look to find the cause of the problem?

Hey, 

 

Can you be more specific on what you meant by "synchronization of AD with CheckPoint has stopped working"  (screenshot)?

You no longer get AD groups per machine/user ?

 

If so, check if for the LDAP objects the SSL Server Fingerprint has changed - see here or here

 

(the recommendation is to leave that Fingerprint field empty - we did so)
