Will be there a license for SMP portal and/or Infinity portal for gateway management included?

@Wolfgang SMP license is included. In fact we are integrating SMP into the Infinity Portal, so you will have one interface (Infinity Portal) for managing both the Spark and the Harmony with unified logs.

Timeline for SMP integration into Infinity Portal is Early Availability around July timeframe.

@G_W_Albrecht for the SMB Security Suite we only offer SMP with plans and no central management with SmartProvisioning and LSM nor Smart1-Cloud. Having said that those solutions are and will be available.
