ACL rule not applying?

Hello,

I have a question regarding a rule I have created on our Checkpoint Firewall:

The blocked traffic log:

Source 192.168.5.100
Destination: 195.200.xxx
Destination Port: 10400

In my ACL my config rule 1:

Source: EC-Terminal
Destination: Internet
Service: Any_TCP
Action: Accept

More information:
EC Terminal is net work object with IP 192.168.5.100
1590 Appliance - R81.10 (996000575)
Rebooted the system multiple times

I´m struggling to get Ideas why this rule doesnt work and gives me an error in the logs.
Has anyone an Idea?

Thanks in advance

Kind regards

Benjamin

Please share a screenshot of the actual policy rules (with any sensitive info redacted) also what is the error that you see in the logs?

A screenshot of the detailed block log would also be helpful...

Also note for reference the latest firmware version is R81.10.05 for Spark appliances.
