transfer speed over remote access vpn

• on the LAN we get about 650 Mbps (drag/drop large file copy)
• when on the VPN we get about 100 Mbps (drag/drop large file copy)

Our home connections are gigabit. 

Out office connection is gigabit.

the LAN is gigabit.

Is this normal? using endpoint security client E87.30 w/ office mode w/ visitor mode supported.

That is expected behavior.
For best performance, make sure you're using AES-128 or AES-256 as the algorithms in Global Properties > Remote Access > VPN Authentication and Encryption > Encryption Algorithms.
