SNX connection failed

Hi All,

I have a checkpoint firewall which enabled Mobile access and it works fine. However, when I attempted to access remote access using SNX, it stayed at initiating before eventually failing. what will be the root cause It works fine using the capsule?

Sadly, that log is little vague : - (. Does not really tell us why it fails...can you do zdebug and filter for the relevant IP?

Check that you have a rule with a  native application in case you are using legacy policy.

If using unified, check that you have a rule to cover this traffic too.

Can you please be more explicit; what kind of rule?

We have exactly the same behaviour, but connection is fine after the first deny.

@GianniPapetti , i'm not sure you still at there or not.

However, I just get reply from CheckPoint TAC and they mentioned this is a cosmetic issue for R81 to R81.20.

Let's wait for the jumbo hotfix come in to fix it.
