Remote VPN

Hello everyone!

 

I´m facing a problem with remote vpn connections.

Everytime the users try to connect to the cluster vpn they have the following error:

"You cannot receive an office Mode IP address because the security gateway does not have a license for Office mode".

 

I was using the jumbo take 95 and i have upgraded to take 109, the error persist. did the downgrade and still the same, but when i restart all the processes the vpn comes up for some time untill the users complain again.

Can someone help me resolve this problem, please?

Which VPN license type is used, does the issue effect both cluster members or one in particular?

Could you please share a sanitized / redacted "cplic print" output from each gateway...

Review the outputs of the commands from this thread and see if it gives you any clues.

- Do you allow simultaneous logins for the same user?

- What IP allocation lease time is used?
