Problem DynamicID sms

Hello,

I submit a problem that I encounter on my Checkpoint R81.10 with DynamicID via sms.
When I try to connect via the web portal, after having entered my username and password, the screen appears where I can enter the code with the written dynamicID authentication failed.
Debugging in the file /opt/CPcvpn-R81.10/log/cvpnd.elg an error appears in the parsing url.
you can help me ?

Do you mean, 2FA does not work for admin accounts, when you use WebSmartConsole? Please elaborate.

Hi _Val_,

no, the problem occurs when I try to access via vpn, both from web and clientvpn.

Okay, so Mobile SSL VPN auth does not work. From the error, it seems 2FA system is not configured correctly. How did you check it is working in other cases?
