Not able to ping local LAN ip after connecting remote VPN.

Hi 

I have created a remote vpn (ssl), i have given subnet of 172.16.10.0/24 for office mode and the lan subnet is 192.168.10.0/24 , below are the snaps ,

after connecting remote VPN, i am not able to ping LAN IP's. what could be the reason. please help.

Was anyone able to figure out why this is? I have a similar case with a customer.
