No vpn connection is needed

Hello,

One of our customers is using mobile access blade for the Remote Access users. The VPN is working fine and users can access the internal resources. We have the "Always-Connect" enabled on the VPN clients and location awareness is also on for the times users are on the internal network.

But when the users are at office (internal network), they gets the following message in Endpoint:

"No VPN Connection is needed: The site's resource are already available"

Is there any way to avoid/disable this popup shows up for the users, even though this is an expected behavior? 

The cluster is on R81.20 and Latest take.

I encountered the same issue previously, and it was resolved after renewing the VPN certificate.

  1. In case the error generated key was not found in database arises remove the gateway object from relevant VPN communities.
  2. Then remove the problematic VPN certificate disable the IPsec VPN blade and close the gateway object.
  3. Again open the gateway object enable the IPsec blade the new certificate will be generated the add the gateway objects to the relevant VPN communities.
  4. Install the policy.
