Encountering issues accessing the Link via web VPN

I've tried to connect to a link via web VPN, and this error shows:

 

The destination of your request has not been configured, or you do not have authorization to access it. (403)

 

I really need this to be resolved asap. Thanks!

What version/JHF?
How was the application configured?
Is this Unified Policy or Legacy Mode?
Please provide screenshots of the relevant configuration (sensitive details redacted).
