Connection Failed on Second Attempt



We have a strange issue where if we connect to the site with a fresh install on checkpoint, we connect no issues. If we disconnect then connect again, we get the message " failed to connect " this is almost immediately after pressing connect after entering the password.


It's like its not trying to connect to the site and gives the error


Now if we uninstall checkpoint and reinstall, we can connect again no issues. we're using E86.50_CheckPointVPN

Most likely this is the result of a configuration error (specifically Link Selection in the gateway object is not configured to the IP the user actually connects to).
If there is a mismatch, it will cause this issue to occur.
