Capsule VPN not connected

I'm facing issue with Capsule VPN.

The condition we experience, when the user connects through Capsule VPN with version 1.600 experience the user gets the error "KMP server returned an error" and also gets the error "Failed in setting command - Permission denied". But if I check from the log, the action is "Log In" but does not get IP Office Mode which is our vpn ip pool.

Client logs might be useful to provide (which I believe you can generate in the app).
