Grafana on Security Group member

Hi, 

I could not find any indication of how to run the payload file on a Security group member. 
I switched to the member i want to send the open telemetry data from and tried to create a file and set the REST.py to the file.  It did not work. Any idea how to do this in Security Group environment ?
