Unable to upload CWS saved file to file shared folder

I try to upload the saved file to the shared folder but I faced an issue:-

Error: Insufficient permission to move uploaded "Array" file.Screenshot_20190513-104549.jpgScreenshot_20190513-104618.jpg

I am sorry, but i can see no CheckPoint product involved here - can you please detail your problem ?

when I try to upload the saved file(jpg and png) to the shared folder (file share) I get an error: Insufficient permission to move uploaded "Array" file, but I am able to upload the file from external file(mobile gallery).
