Failed Authentication with MFA in capsule app VPN
Hello everyone ,
I am experiencing a problem with VPN connection via the capsule app.
The moment I choose MFA azure as the authentication method and click on connect I get "username and password are incorrect ".
However, I do not display any banner from MFA Authenticator .
We are currently using a version R81
Could you kindly give me support ?
Thank you in advance .

Just to confirm your authentication is defined as Radius here or SAML?
If the latter you will likely need R81.10 / R81.20 with latest JHF for SAML with Capsule...

The Capsule VPN client can only be used with Azure AD starting from:
- R81.10 JHF 113
- R81.20 JHF 43
Not sure if this feature will be added to the R81 JHF or not.

As you said you were using RADIUS instead of SAML, my comment doesn't apply.
In this case, I would consult with the TAC: https://help.checkpoint.com
