"Management high availability" section is not active in SmartConsole after upgrade

We have upgraded the management servers to Take 109.

But now the "Management high availability" section is not active in SmartConsole.

What could be the cause of this problem?

What is the base version here?
Did you also update SmartConsole?

I recall having this exact issue in R77.30 once and just reinstalling smart console fixed it.
