Why GW initial connectino with old SMS?

SMS change IP and manage all previous GWs. But I found GW remain initial connection with old SMS. What is wrong with it? Who can explain this issue for me?

Hi,

You might need to restart CPD on the gateway. 

SK176109 is somewhat similar.

Did you follow sk40993 when performing the original change?

Also, are you using central licensing on the gateways?

If old SMS is not used anywhere, just wipe it out using guidbedit tool.

I have shutdown old SMS just now, but I still see GW connect with old SMS logs on new SMS.
