Weekly Report sent to email shows no data

Hi,

So we have a IPS weekly report sent to Email every monday. This week report we noticed that it showed no data through the pages.
After noticing this we can see that if we put the same timestamp on a report and directly download it to PDF we can see data. But if we schedule this to email or just to archive we are not able to see anything.

Doest anyone experienced anything similar to this?

Can you add the scheduled report details and time filter?

How long you go back with the time period?

If you do a 'live' view of the problematic time view can you see it then or no? Is it only when you schedule it , it goed wrong?

Hi;

We do schedule the Report to give info about the last week. If we do a live with the same time stamp we can see Data. If we go to the Archive we see no data. Yes only when schedule goes wrong.
