Unable to publish the polices we are getting error ssl authentication and sic general error 148

1st we have check the SIC communication and reset the SIC

once reset the SIC status trust is established but we are unable to publish the polices 

ae are getting error ssl error

Did your Root CA has expired? Check use below command

#cpca_client lscert -kind SIC
