SmartView dashboard panel empty

we have R81.20 MDS and on a secondary domain the SmartView dashboard is blank.  gateways are sending logs. i could not find anything relevant in support portal. did anyone experience this issue or know how to resolve it? 

in our environment we have a dedicated smart event server/VM.

I saw that once before and rebooting the mgmt server fixed it, though it was not MDS, just a regular SMS.

Did that ever work or is this a new configuration thatdid not work from start ? I would suggest to contact CP TAC to get this resolved !

Install DB on all management and log servers, reboot the server, and see if it clears.

Is the SmartEvent server dedicated to this domain or is it on the global domain?
