R80.20 syslog msg mismatch

Hi Expert,

I have configured the syslogs for sending info msg to the RSA SIEM device, but checkpoint sending only debug message, not info massage. Please share your experience.

Check syslog is actually enabled for Check Point components. It is done from cpconfig menu.
