Problem with my checkpoint, it show failed to synchronize peer"fw2 -fw2" peer is busy

hi all, i have some alert with my checkpoint, it show failed to synchronize peer"fw2 -fw2" peer is busy at the High Availability status bottom of the smart console (in middle).when click it show at fw2 "synchronized error - fw2 - peer is busy . Last sync time : unavailable".

btw my cp version is R81.20.

does anyone have experience this problem before. can help me to resolve the alert? thanks.

1.reboot. Result still the same

2.install hotfix 53. Result also the same

3.reset sic. The connection is establish

Please send out put of below commands from both working and non working fw and indicate which one is which.

cphaprob roles

cphaprob state

cphaprob syncstat

cphaprob -a if

cphaprob -i list

cphaprob -l list

hope you have a best day.

 i just run the cli command that you suggest. The HA is is fine and work as expected. The HA that currently running is Active Standby. the issue is failed connection to sync peer.

just confirm with support cp the HA is working as expected.
