Permission profile to restrict permission&Administration section

Hello,

 

Management is R81.20, not multi-domain.

 

Is there a way to hide "permissions & administration" section completely? When you untick the box next to manage administrators, section in general is available as read-only, except "permission profiles" is hidden.
