When you are saying that you cannot access smartview, are you referring to the Web Portal accessible via https://<managementip>/smartvew?
If so, please describe your infrastructure in some detail. I.e.:
1. Are you trying to access it from the same PC that you can reach Gaia WebUI and SSH?
2. Does this PC have SmartConsole installed?
3. if [2] is "Yes", can you see the "Log and Monitoring" section within SmartConsole and see various views in it?
4. Is there a firewall between this PC and the management server you are trying to connect to?
5. Are you connecting to the Management Server or to the dedicated SmartEvent server?
