Checkpoint R81.20 Smartconsole showing abnormal CPU spikes

Dear Checkmates,

Setup: Distributed R81.20 Take 26

The checkpoint R81.20 Smartconsole is displaying abnormal CPU spikes but this when checked from CLI shows the CPU usage to be very normal.

The cpview and top commands point to very normal CPU usage, but the high CPU output shown on the smart console is causing panic.

Kindly help me with this problem.

Hi -

1| Can you tell what actions or areas in SmartConsole lead to the CPU spikes. Something that is reproduced consistently?

2| Have you tried from a different machine to understand if this is a local issue of something perhaps related to the database?
