After upgrate SmartConsole-SmartLog from R80.30 Take246 to R80.40 we can't access to Logs
I remember this exact issue with one of my customers and there was sk we did that fixed the problem...I cant recall now what it was, but will check my notes tomorrow to see if I can find it.

Intaling HotFix post upgrade the issue have been solved.
This was sk I was referring to, but I guess not relevant now
Btw, I strongly recommend every customer to upgrade to R81.10, its fantastic!
