Maestro Madness
Hi. We have a MGMT server in our UK office that is NATed behind our primary ISP IP address. In our US office we have ISP redundancy configured but they can only access the MGMT server when their office is on the primary ISP; connecting when they're connected to the backup ISP gives a 'could not connect to server' error.
I cannot see any reference to the US primary ISP IP in relation to the MGMT server so I'm not sure where to add the backup ISP's external IP to allow access to MGMT. Any help greatly appreciated!
The IPs that are used for the management server by the gateways are one of:
My guess is the management IP on the second ISP is not one of these two.
What precise kind of "access" are you talking about here: SmartConsole or something else?
You might need to create some explicit rules to permit the necessary traffic.
Is the Management IP different on the different ISPs?
Hi PhoneBoy. For the office that has the MGMT server in it, both MGMT IPs are different.

You are correct, it is the second point. Thanks very much!
