site-2-site VPN with DAIP

Do we have any solution for site-2-site VPN with DAIP ( Dynamic Assigned IP) with pre-shared key..?

if yes kindly guide the steps.

When one endpoint is dynamic, you have to use certificates for authentication.

You cannot use pre-shared secrets.

..and for security reasons you always want to use VPN certificates.
