on full HA for cp4800,how Management module switch for active and standby

   on full ha for CP4800, cp4800-1 is active and cp4800-2 is standby ,cp4800-1 management is active,cp4800-2 management is standby.

  if cp4800-1 is down , the cp4800-2  will change to active auto ,can the management change active for cp4800-2?
