Whitelist for domain with port

How can I create a whitelist rule for multiple URLs that have a port, (following best practices)? For example mydomain.com:port, I see that I can create an application site but it only gives the option of 443 and 80

Is the traffic HTTP(S), or is it some binary protocol like SSH/SFTP?

You can add ports under setting -> blades -> urlf blade
