Some Traffic Working

Hello CheckPoint Community, 

I've created a rule that is very simple: 

Source: 10.80.0.0 /16  My VPN Network 

Desination: 10.112.40.135

Ports: 50000 (HTTP) 44300 (https) 3200 SAP GUI

HTTP works as expected I can get to the site... however 3200 and HTTPS aren't working at all

I can telnet into all ports

Verified services are both up on a jump server.

The server is responding to request: 

net.55124: Flags [S.], seq 698015051, ack 1607279107, win 64240, options [mss 1460,nop,nop,sackOK,nop,wscale 7], length 0 

I've tested with *any inbound and the reverse server outbound and still nothing. 

Can someone help point me in the right direction?

What version/JHF level?
What are you seeing, tcpdump output?
What, if anything is showing in the logs with any attempted access?
