Have you tried cpstop/cpstart on the mgmt server or reboot?

Good morning,

So we have successfully migrated to our Cloud Smart Console and I am still having the same issue when I try to see the traffic on one of my Community Tunnels I get the error message. "Failed to open CPMI table"

Thank you for your help

Just an additional note that we are able to monitor the traffic on Tunnels on Gateway just not the Tunnels on Community

Let me log into one customer's S1C instance and check, will update you shortly.

Just confirmed for 3 customers and works fine, they are all on R81.20 in S1C. I attached one thing you could try from the portal, but if no luck, I would recommend you work with TAC on this, as S1C does not have direct ssh available to the customers.

Cheers,

Andy

What I pointed out simply restarts your S1C instance, does not affect the traffic and usually takes 10 mins or so.
