Platform Portal won't pick up new defaultCert

Hi,

R81.20 single firewall managed by Smart-1 Cloud.

Our VPN defaultCert renewed automatically last week (after first year of life) but the GAiA multi-portal on port 443 still shows the old certificate which has now expired. Tried "tellpm process:httpd2 / t" in an attempt to rectify this but it hasn't. Fiddling the the "Paltform Portal" settings didn't help either.

It's caused our Identity Collector to throw an error. Is there a way of forcing the portal to reload the certificate without a full server restart?

MultiPortal runs in the kernel, I believe, and it may require a restart for the change to take effect.
I would check with TAC: https://help.checkpoint.com
