NAT and No NAT

Hi guys, my Checkpoint knowledge is pretty limited so excuse the question.

I currently have an object in a site to site vpn so there is a no nat rule in place. The third party would also like the object to go directly out via the internet so it will obvs require a separate rule and a nat rule. Is this possible ?
