IN the Implied Rules Few Ports are not working for one source IP

I have Created a Implied Rule in the Firewall Source : 192.168.11.12 192.168.11.68 Destination : 48.29.30.12 Ports: 445 139 80 5354 4241 Query : For the Source 192.168.11.12 all ports are working But , it is strange for source 192.168.11.68 Port 139 and 5354 are not working and hitting the Deny rule . Please help .

I am confused. You cannot create manual Implied rules. Can you please make a screenshot and show us what you are doing?
