Failed Install Policy

What should we do if install policy failed?

When i check install policy log, i found i there are one file missing in postgres database, so i copy from other location and install policy now working normally

Hi - because the failure does not contain a detailed error or error code it is hard to know what caused it without debugging.

What I suggest:

1| Contacting TAC so that they can conduct a proper investigation

2| Check $CPDIR/log/cpd.elg file on the Security Gateway to see if there are any errors given during Install Policy

3| Can you trace any changes that were made between the failure and the last time install policy was successful? 

4| Consider reverting to an earlier database revision to see if it solve the issue (Manage & Settings > Sessions > Revisions)

Adding to @Tal_Paz-Fridmans points: Consider a planned reboot if uptime is high - this often can resolve various issues.

You've already been provided some good suggestions here.

Can you expand the reason for the Threat Prevention policy failure as well?

Also which version and JHF are the Management and corresponding target Gateway?

It tells you right in the screenshot that urlf blade license/contract expired October 22nd of last year. Can you apply eval for the time being and test?
