Expert login alerts on gateway not working

Good Morning,


We have an SMS running R81.20 Take 26 and several gateways with R81.20 Take 24.  We have PlayBlocks configured to send alerts for Expert login but are only seeing them when logging in to the SMS, there are no alerts for the gateways and no logs are showing up in for the logins in SmartConsole.  When checking the messages file on one of the gateways we see this line:

login_notifier_client: Failed to connect to login_notifier socket


I can't find any documentation on this outside of the notes for JHF Take24.  Anyone else having this issue?
