Can Qunatum 6200 downgrade via Smart-1?

Hello all

 

In a configuration where an R80.40 SMS(Smart-1) is managing an R80.20 Gateway (HA),

and we intend to upgrade both the management server and the Gateways(HA) to R81.10.

Is it possible to downgrade only the Gateways back to R80.20 via Smart-1 if any issue happen?

It's pretty simple:

  • Revert gateways to snapshot taken before the upgrade
  • Set the version in SmartConsole for the cluster to R80.20
  • Push policy

This will require an outage.
